Climbing
Our playground is more than “extensive”. From the urban crags of historical Brasov to the tranquil sandstone boulders of Vanatori Natural Park, climbing here is diverse and often accompanied by an indefinite sense of adventure.
From the sport crags of Sinaia and Piatra Mare, near the mediaeval tourist city of Brasov, to the large variety of sport and multi pitch routes in the charming and rather derelict former Austrian – Hungarian Herculane Spa, to the huge limestone walls rising out of the fresh spruce forests in Bicaz Gorges National Park and to the quickly developing sandstone bouldering areas in the forests of the Moldavian and Wallachian Carpathians, the climbing area is made up of unspoiled environment, occasional warm and friendly companions and a permanent feeling of space enabled by the total absence of crowds.
